Principal's Message

Dear St. Augustine School Parents,

Winter can offer challenges, not only in daily life, but also in our spiritual life. Now, as spring approaches, Lent is more than halfway done, and the month begins with Holy Week, we should be intentional, as our year theme reminds us, to Proclaim Our Faith.  One easy way to do this is to lead a sacramental life and attend mass regularly and, during the end of Lent moving into the Easter season (50 days until Pentecost), to observe and live out our Catholic traditions.

Easter is the joyful fulfillment of all that we have prepared for during Lent. After weeks of prayer, sacrifice, and reflection, we now celebrate the risen Christ—God’s promise of new life, hope, and renewal. The Resurrection reminds us that love is stronger than sin, light overcomes darkness, and hope is never lost.

As we move through the Easter season, we are invited not to leave our Lenten practices behind, but to carry them forward in a spirit of joy. The habits we began—prayer, generosity, kindness, and forgiveness—are meant to shape the way we live each day. Easter calls us to be people of the Resurrection: to bring hope where there is worry, peace where there is conflict, and love where it is most needed.

For our school community, this is a beautiful opportunity to live out and proclaim our faith in visible ways. In our classrooms, on the playground, and in our homes, we can reflect the joy of Easter by how we treat one another, with patience, compassion, and care. Just as Jesus’ disciples were sent out to share the Good News, we too are called to be witnesses of His love in our words and actions.

May this Easter season fill our hearts with gratitude and renewed purpose. Let us continue to look for the good in one another, to serve generously, and to walk together in faith, always mindful that Christ is with us, bringing new life to our world each day.

God Bless,

Mr.Yaptinchay
