Catholic Education:
It’s more than you expect

The life of a Catholic Parish is more a reflection of God’s love when at the centre is the Catholic School.  Here at St. Augustine for ninety-eight years, the doors of our School have opened to welcome children and their families into its presence.  This school year, 167 families will call St. Augustine home, along with an amazing group of educators, support staff and parish priests.

The coming ten months provide an opportunity for each of us to grow and learn.  At the base of that growth, is our relationship with God and all the ways in which the Lord calls us to be people of Faith, Hope and Love.  Throughout our year, everyone is invited to share in the prayer and faith life of the community, because it is there, at the core of our lives, where we will receive the greatest blessings, and find the greatest comfort.

As we work, pray and play together we will come to experience great grace, and we will be called upon to share the abundance of our blessings with others. When we look to the needs of others, and respond with generosity and kindness, we really are being Christ’s hands and feet on earth.  What a privilege!

Welcome... and welcome back.
